About:

Hina Mansab Khan is a designer from Attock, Pakistan. She formed her company, Laila Pvt. Ltd., in 2009 to officially venture into her interest of fashion designing. Hina Mansab Khan saw the vast potential in fine clothing and couture industry since her days in college. Initially consisting of only her small but loyal clientele, her designs are now desired all over the world, mainly India, France, England, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka etc.

As an entrepreneur herself, she has worked splendidly to uplift the talented but unaware women at grass root level in Pakistan. Hina Mansab Khan has established 6 women chambers in Pakistan as of 2018; including South WCCI, East WCCI, Attock WCCI, Rawalpindi WCCI, as well as reforming a previously inactive chamber i.e. Quetta Division WCCI; these chambers have formed a council of National Business Women Council, led by Hina Mansab Khan.

The chambers provide a platform for women entrepreneurs, established businesswomen, and women venturing into the world of trade and business. This enables them to come across opportunities and experiences that flourish the growth of their business, thereby, bringing women as equals in the economic sphere of Pakistan.Hina Mansab Khan’s company has a majority of female employees. The company provides them with employment to aid in financial independence of women from rural areas to elevate their status in society.

About Laila (Pvt) Ltd

Laila Pvt. (Ltd) is a manufacturer of women’s fashion garments. It is based in Pakistan, but also has large clientele in the Asia and Europe. The company was set up in 2009.Since its inception, the vision and goal of Laila Pvt. (Ltd) has always been to produce high quality garments line with international standards infused with traditional artwork. Laila (Pvt) Ltd. introduced its brand called Laila Collection that specialises in formal couture wear. The designs symbolise the cultural heritage of the east fused together with the western sensibility. They reflect the supreme eastern traditions leaving an impression that is elegantly chic yet sophisticatedly modern. The main emphasis is on the detailing with intricate embellishments, elaborate elements, innovative cuts and utilising the finest fabrics.The brand predominantly specialises in exclusive formal wear and semi formals. The fundamental aim is to create a look that is trendy, modern & also traditional.

A couture line that includes the following styles of embroidery:

Marori Gota made of silver and gold, Mokaish, Kora Dabka, Zardozi, Aari, Mirrorwork, Kashida etc.These styles of embroidery make pleasing patterns on different fabrics like jamawar, chiffon, georgette create beautiful bridal outfits as well as other formal wear couture designs.

Jewellery:

This line covers real stone jewellery, silver and gold jewellery, diamond, polkey, and artificial jewellery.

Semi Formals and Formals:

This line covers block print, handprint, and hand embroideries from Pakistan’s Northern Areas, Bahawalpur, DG Khan, Shorekot, Hyderabad, Quetta, and Multan. Printed Khadi, thread motive, machine embroidery on karandi, jamawar, Swiss lawn, chiffon etc.
